We are the Canales-Díaz, your hosts, natives of Santiago and who in love with the south of Chile decided to settle in Puerto Varas more than 30 years ago.

We open our doors to welcome you and offer you a space in this old German mansion, located in the heart of southern tourism: Puerto Varas, natural capital of the Andean Lakes region.

Located a few minutes from the city center, Canales del Sur is located on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, steps from the best restaurants in the area in a wonderful environment that will make your stay a relaxing break.

Entirely renovated and equipped to receive you with the comfort you deserve, our house has 9 rooms (singles and doubles) with central heating. All with Box Spring, Queen and King. Our 220 thread count sheets have been treated with the exclusive Close Aloe Vera softening process, which gives them a pleasant sensation of extraordinary softness.

Of great tranquility and beautiful views, each one of which is named after a tree from our native forest: Alerce, Mañío, Coigüe, Arrayán, Avellano.
